I help couples strengthen their connection using the evidence-based Gottman Method, with a focus on improving communication, deepening emotional intimacy, and fostering greater hope, acceptance, and appreciation for one another. I believe couples come to therapy because they long for something to shift—and that meaningful change is absolutely possible.
My approach is collaborative, warm, supportive and direct. I work with couples and partners at any stage of their journey. I am Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method and primarily offer in-person sessions, creating a grounded space where both partners can feel valued and understood.
While fostering a trusting environment, I provide gentle yet direct challenges when appropriate and aligned with your established goals. I offer structure, focus, and direction throughout the couples therapy experience, helping you stay grounded and purposeful in your growth together. I aim to help you build and strengthen your relationship awareness—like a muscle that grows with intention, reflection, and practice.

Couples Therapy Structure
Assessment Phase:
- First Session: 90 minutes with both partners present
- Online Assessment: Done by each partner, separately
- Second Session: 50 minutes: Individual sessions, one for each partner,
- Third Session: 90 minutes with both partners present
Treatment Phase:
- 50 minute sessions, both partners present
